I ordered some Maleg Mouse House furniture as a Christmas present for my Grandchildren.
I got into a pickle about the sizes and ordered some incorrect items.
Kay was super helpful and understanding.
She helped me amend my order, suggested alternatives and very quickly sorted out a refund on my incorrect order.
She did all this despite it doubtless being her busiest time of the year. She was contacting me over weekend around Farmers Markets she was attending.
The parcel arrived promptly. Was nicely packaged with some personalisation which was a nice touch.
My Grandchildren loved the mice and furniture which fitted perfectly.
